I bought a portable dryer 7 months ago. It is not drying clothes like it should. I contacted them and am going through all of the trouble shooting tips and answering their questions. The last email I received stated they want to offer me $80 for my trouble. I don't want $80. I want the warranty honored and a replacement. The only thing left to do is take the back off and see if a belt fell off. I don't understand why they don't just honor their warranty.
