I bought their portable dryer on Amazon and upon opening, the dryer was making this crazy mechanical sound. It was too big and heavy to return so I contacted Euhomy for troubleshooting. They sent me a video from a factory showing a man taking apart the dryer to fix. Clearly, this is ridiculous as this is out of my expertise but I thanked them for their help. Eventually, the dryer stopped making so much noise.I only had this dryer for about 1.5 years (used only once a month) and it started making the noise again. This time, I contacted Euhomy through Amazon and they told me my warranty expired so they can’t do anything. The first time the dryer made noise, they never offered a replacement yet after my warranty expired, they claim that I could’ve gotten a replacement all this time?In addition to this, they were supposed to send me a free pack of replacement filters and never did then used my email address to ask me to leave reviews on Amazon for other crappy products which is against Amazon’s policies. You get what you pay for. If there was a better brand of portable dryers, I would’ve never bought this one. The warranty for this dryer is only 1 year and being alive for decades, I don’t know a single household that had to replace a dryer so quickly. Terrible waste of money and such a poor quality product.
