When my icemaker quit I immediately called Customer Service. She set up for someone to call me and I followed their instructions and was then told I would be getting a new icemaker. I received new one yesterday and easily got it set up and now enjoying ice cubes coming out. Reported on 2/17 and received new one on 2/28. Thank you
