As a long-time customer, I have generally been impressed. However, I've downgraded my rating due to recent changes that have negatively impacted my experience. The company has become overly focused on security, altering the way I access my email accounts without proper communication. This has caused significant inconvenience, especially with older email clients that I prefer. While I understand the need for security, it should not come at the cost of usability for customers.
