What an absolute star Priscila J has been today. I received a very alarming security alert from my cPanel and went on chat at once. Over the next hour, Priscila made changes and helped me to take the necessary steps to make everything secure. Her kindness, patience and professionalism were simply outstanding. She was so reassuring that measures I would have found stressful were made simple. Everything is now locked down. Fabulous support. Huge thank you, the wonderful Priscila!
