Instead of accommodating this, they disabled both my account and my daughter's. When I called to explain the situation, they refused to reactivate either account. While I understand their safety policy, I believe they were overly harsh in this case. A warning about potential account suspension would have been reasonable. Additionally, despite paying for next-day delivery over the years, shipments often arrived days late. I've now found another regulated provider where next-day delivery actually means next day. The ratings for the previous service continue to decline, and comparing it with other regulated options makes the choice clear.
