I will not shop with this company again. While I don’t have issues with the product itself, the return process was frustrating. After returning items for a different size and requesting a refund, I followed up weeks later only to be told it was processed back to my payment method (PayPal), which it hasn’t been. I’ve filed a claim with PayPal and am awaiting a response. It's frustrating, especially since I placed another order for the correct size that I did receive. Why not allow exchanges instead of requiring refunds and new orders?
