I ordered items for my son for Christmas at the end of November. As of December 23rd, I had received nothing but promotional emails. After responding, I learned one item was out of stock, but I shouldn’t have had to wait three weeks for that information. After two slow follow-ups, I requested a cancellation and disputed the charge. Now, I have to wait up to 10 business days for a refund. Instead of gifting items on Christmas Day, I received an email saying the refund will come sometime next year.
