I made the mistake of ordering a pair of shoes advertised on my FB feed (I should've known better), The shoes were produced and shipped by Euploria. They arrived within a week but were of very poor quality (the tab that holds the elastic laces came off when I took them out of the package and tried them on for the first time, the soles were thin and I could tell they were poorly made). I have now followed the procedure to reach customer service and receive a refund for this purchase. That was a week ago and...nothing. Poor quality, poor customer service. (Edit: it has now been a month and still no word from customer service. I've thrown these shoes away).Be warned.
