I’ve been a loyal Eureka Pet Co customer for a couple of years and normally very happy with the food and service.However, I urgently need to amend a scheduled order and can’t log in — the site is supposed to send a code to my email, but it never arrives (not in junk/spam). I’ve tried for several days on different devices and browsers.I emailed several days ago but haven’t had any reply. This is frustrating because I need to stop or change my order before it’s shipped.Please could someone from Eureka contact me urgently to resolve this?
