Eurocell needs to instill integrity into their salespeople who go around giving false estimates of items not included in their quote and the cost required to get it done from outside. Completely misrepresented in my case. We were very clear to the sales person that we are on a strict budget and it is a binary yes no for us. We appreciate that he brought the price down significantly for us but then the addons were severely underquoted by him. We relied on his experience and now we are left with an unusable pod without investing much more than we had been represented.
This experience completely takes away the superior product they have. V annoyed by this untruthful sales approach.
