This is a total scam. The site has face accounts, you can tell by the awkward replies, its extremely unsettling. I have tried over 20 times to delete my account and its an endless loop. Customer support sends a templated reply, always the same. From your account/settings you try to cancel and you receive an error; you raise a ticket to report the error and even that gives you another error. Stay away from it!!!
