It is impossible to delete photos and profiles. The option in the settings under "Delete photo" to click on the gray X in the upper right corner is a lie. It only closes the photo, but does not delete it. In the settings, under the "manage account" option, if you click on "delete profile" and then on the green button, you will receive a confirmation email. But even if you click on the red "cancel subscription" button, if you open an old email, you will see your profile again, so it has not been deleted. They also gave false information in the live chat. Their rules are also quite misleading. Their pricing policy, how much credit they charge for 1 minute of chat, video call, video chat, or email exchange, is a big rip-off. I don't recommend it to anyone. If anyone knows how to get legal help to delete my profile, I would appreciate it. Thank you.
