I ordered a loo on Saturday morning and paid for it there and then. After thinking about it I realised I didn't really need it so I emailed and phoned back to cancel all within 3/4 Hours only to find that I couldn't get a refund. I thought everyone had the right to cancel within 24 hours 👎👎👎
