Worst service. I choose them to import a pallet from Italy. They took over 25 days in delivery. To make things even worse, took 9 days in custom clearance and charged for storage in spite of providing all the documents on the same day of receipt of receiving of notification. I would never use them again. Joanne Palmer in way too slow in replying emails.
