Bought a very expensive laptop from here one year and 2 weeks ago, and a week ago it started randomly turning itself off every time I use it, unless it's plugged in. One year is not long enough for a product costing almost 1.5k to work. My last laptop lasted 8 years with no damage except battery weakening towards the end. Extremely upset as my livelihood is carried out on my laptop and this was such an expensive product, I won't be able to afford another one and as I am 2 weeks over the guarantee period, I get no support. I have not damaged the laptop in any way, this is purely a product fault.Won't be buying refurbished laptops again as the life span is terrible value for money.
