Appalling. The wrong car was booked for me via my insurance company. I was promised it would be delivered in the morning and it arrived several hours late. It absolutely stank of vape on arrival. The delivery driver wouldn't stay to check the car with me before leaving. I was billed £177 for damage to the car following return.The system is shockingly bad. The delivery is shoddy and hurried.
