Arrived at the desk at Malagar Airport Stood waiting to be served and after 10 mins another customer told us we needed to log on a terminal first4 Europcar people on the desk only 2 serving, no pace or urgency to serve customers30 min wait for service only 2 other customers presentLots of paperwork, found most of this was about entering our details on their loyality programme which we did not request When paper work completed they could not find the car keys Had to completed all the paperwork work again for a different car They say the model you book is the one you drive This did not happen The Audi A2 substituted was too small too for 4 adilts with luggage we had booked a Skoda Karoq estate Had another 10 minute wait for a staff person to bring the car keys it was a 10 minute walk to the car in a dimly lit garage No Europstaff presentPaper work stated the car had no damage but on inspection a number of scrapes and dents were present Final bill was 200 Euro's higher than the pre-paid price extra charges added because it was an airport pick-up and supporting the enviroment None of this was made clear at the time of booking so miss-leading pricing!I cannot think of any circumstance where I would use this company again be warned!!!
