I had a car for hire via a third party. It took them three weeks to actually collect the car, took 5 hours longer than they said they would and to add insult to injury, my property was stolen.I completely forgot I had left a work bag and NHS coat in the car. The guy collecting it went back to my very trusted neighbours house ( I had to go out) to say there was stuff in the car but didn't bring it back with him.My neighbour found it weird that the bag was slightly open and confused why the collecting driver didn't bring the items back with him when discovering them. I later discovered my NHS ipad was missing. It was very obvious this was not a personal ipad and belongs to the NHS. Norwich never answered the phone in the morning to discuss this further so my friend went down in person on my behalf. The customer advisor was incredibly rude, didn't seem to care and didn't try to assist in any way. The advice was to speak to the collections team.I called the branch and managed to get through the following day, chatted with a very lovely lady and suddenly a male voice started shouting down the phone at me, threated to report me to the NHS and the police ( not really sure why!) I tried to explain I was trying to get the item back, I tried to explain that I hadn't raised my voice or shouted so he didn't need to speak to me like that, he continued to shout more and then hung up the phone. He never let me explain that for reporting the stolen property, I have follow a process.
