False advertising from Europcar:I booked an EV for a holiday in Spain. Online booking process says "full recharge not required" – but the collection desk argued I must recharge it before returning it.They finally agreed when I showed them the website, and said they'd make a note on my booking. Obviously my choice was either sign the paperwork and trust them, or leave with no car for my holiday (plus they'd keep my deposit?).So I had to trust them, and when I got home they invoiced me for recharging the car and took the payment from my credit card. When I filed a dispute, they just replied saying that's the terms I agreed to when I signed. I keep asking about the false advertising, but they just ignore that question.Won't use them again as this broke my trust.
