I was charged for 2 days on my card having actually returned the vehicle same day having booked for 1 full day - this should simply not happen with telemetry data they have...!!!. I did complain on site and email and was 'thanked for my feedback !! ....' THANKED FOR MY FEEDBACK ???????? - no goodwill and a limp apology - DEFINATELY DO NOT RECOMMEND - STEER WELL CLEAR !!!!
