Terrible business. Customer care is non existent. I have spent over 3 hours trying to speak to the Birmingham Newton branch. No one has answered. I have even attempted to call at 8am in the morning (when the business opens up), still no one answers the phone line. I have spoken to their customer service department multiple times, and they haven't been able to hlpe me. As a consumer, it appears that the branch simply doesn't have a phone line, or they're ignoring their phones ringing. I have dealt with countless numbers of businesses a cross all sectors as a consumer, I have never found any business this terrible. Europcar pride themselves on empowering mobility and helping their customers, it looks like they are doing everything besides sticking to their business culture. For anyone reading this review, just go to Enterprise Mobility (another car rental company). I'm not sure how this business is still in operation looking at their trash customer service.
