I have a been a Europcar member for several years and usually arrange rental with a few days in advance. Today I organised a rental to collect today. All went through and paid and then when I arrive at pickup point, I am told they do have any vehicles available. I was then told the funds would be refunded to me and the booking as cancelled. I am left to find alternate means. This is not acceptable and there is no point having and active website if does not reflect reality. This is not the first time according to the branch !! I guess I will look elsewhere now.
