Avoid We rented a vehicle from Europ car at Belfast airport, we were in a rush so signed what I was asked to sign as thought it was just a standard rental agreement, had the car for three days , filled the vehicle up before taking it back and everything seemed ok .Got back home and thought I would check my credit card transactions and noticed they had charged me £480 ! So I read through the paperwork and found they had put all these upgrades and charges on top of my original booking without my consent! So I called up customer services to complain and they also informed me that I had also been charged for fuel top up even though I had filled it up at a fuel station less than half a mile away from I had to drop the vehicle back to … very dishonest company and staff
