I have been hiring a car for a month with various returns to the branch to extend / return & rehire.I was charged a late fee when I was not late (£54) to then be charged a further £316 from my bank without authorisation when I queried the late charge!My £250 deposit has not been returned yet customer services are ignoring all questions with regards to my deposit.Europcar currently have £621.18 of my money with no care that I have a family to feed and bills to pay. They are currently telling me they are going to refund me £146.83 which is nowhere near the amount they have stolen from me.One mess up on their end has caused a whole string of problems.I have no idea why they thinks it’s acceptable to just take money from accounts for absolutely no reason. I currently still have the hire car but I will not be hiring again after this.
