Not only did they not view the van upon handing over they then had a queue when returning van after one day rental and did inspect or view van in person and asked for keys with a busy office so van left in industrial estate. Proceeded to say damage caused of £115 when disputed and asked for video/photo evidence that was dated/time stamped they could not provide and sent second demand for £335No customer care and only out for claims.
