Terrible experience with Eurocar! I booked a car online, paid in advance, and when I arrived to pick it up, they refused to rent it to me without any valid reason. The staff was unhelpful and showed no interest in resolving the issue. To make things worse, getting a refund has been a nightmare—slow responses, excuses, and no clear process.This company is completely unreliable, and their customer service is awful.
