Avoid Europcar at all costs! I’ve rented from them TWO times, and each experience has been a NIGHTMARE with three different issues. 🚨 They downgraded my car, offered only a partial refund, and charged hidden fees that don’t add up. Their atrocious customer service rejects every claim and ignores all requests.They also profit off unsuspecting customers by opting out of automatic congestion charge payments, leading to unnecessary penalties.
