Avoid! I was promised a hired car today (Friday). Was informed at 2.40pm that they are low in fleet and I won’t get a car until Monday morning. I am disabled, live in a small village and now immobilised.The operator wanted me to be sympathetic to their situation and also told me that all managers had left until Monday, which I don’t believe.
