I was repeatedly passed between departments, faced poor communication, and was even given incorrect contact information.Inconvenient Resolution: The only solution offered was for me to make a 5-hour round trip to exchange the vehicle, which I had to arrange on my own initiative.While a replacement vehicle was eventually provided, the process was arduous and disruptive. Europcar failed to acknowledge the significant inconvenience caused or offer any form of compensation for the time lost and plans disrupted.Conclusion: I am deeply dissatisfied with Europcar's lack of accountability and the poor level of customer service received.
