Disappointed with Europcar UKI recently had a negative experience with Europcar UK during my visit. I was overcharged and faced poor customer service from Petyo Pernichev in Customer Services.The handling of my rental agreement (156978467) was unprofessional, and the situation has been ongoing for nearly a month. Despite providing evidence to correct the mistake, the reasons for the extra charges kept changing, which was quite shocking.I am reaching out in hopes of receiving feedback on this matter.
