I have to agree with the negative reviews on here. Staff at the Woodford Green branch were very friendly and helpful however I have been charged £102 after returning the car. Tried calling Customer Service but they pretended they didn’t know anything about the extra charge even though I provided evidence via email. I can’t afford to lose £102 so if anyone reading this also can’t afford to lose money then use another car hire firm.UPDATE: Europcar contacted me after I had made several contacts with them to say the £102 had been charged in error, as they had me down as a no show - how on earth is that possible? Thank you to Europcar for sorting this relatively quickly but I would still be extremely nervous about renting from them again.
