We called to ask if the rental desk would still be open for the time our flight was due in. EuropeCar took this as an opportunity to cancel our booking without telling us, we then had to rent a new car, spending another £900 at the desk, financially penalising us for no reason.Incredibly unhappy with the customer service when trying to raise a complaint - we have had no responses to the escalation of the complaint - ignoring this escalation twice.
