Tried to book a car online but the website wouldn't let me go past the driving licence stage, so called them... person I spoke with could hardly understand me, didn't seem to know what he was doing, spent 40 minutes on the phone, I reckon 30 of that was on hold, had to spell out my name, address and email on every word... finally got to the payment details, he took my card details then was unable to work out their system.
