Someone damaged my car and I was told I was a courtesy car from this company while my car was being repaired. The repair was organised and I was promised I would have a vehicle on Tuesday at 11 o’clock. I was phoned by the Glasgow branch at 9 o’clock the morning that the vehicle should have been delivered and was told it would be 48 hours that I would need to wait before they could get a vehicle. I said this wasn’t good enough. After spending all day on the phone with various people I eventually got a car at 6 pm. I contacted Euporcar to have the hire vehicle returned yesterday - Thursday - I was promised someone would pick it up at 9 o’clock this morning. At 10 o’clock I was told someone was on their way to pick the hire vehicle back up. My home is 15 minutes from their depot. Three and a half hours later I contacted the company to be told it’s between 9 am and 5 pm. To say they are having a laugh is an understatement - who has all day to wait about for a company to pick up a vehicle If they had no intention of picking up the vehicle don’t inform customers you are on the way to get the car. I would have given the company no stars but there isn’t an option. The Glasgow branch seem to have a problem contacting customers and giving updates on what is happening and wasting people’ valuable time. Obviously customers don’t matter.
