I received the same answer from Europcar as I did three times previously. As before I typed in my information and uploaded the relevant documents. AGAIN - they were having technical difficulties with their website!!! These difficulties have been going on for weeks.Europcar offered a link to their website so that I could explain my situation, which I did but, when it came to sending off my message, the site had "technical difficulties". I followed their advice to try again, three times, but to no avail. I posted my dilemma here in the hope of a helpful reply but received the same automated message as before. This company is obviously not interested in admitting to their dishonest dealings with their customers. Having read through many reviews, I see that I am not the only customer who has been mislead and cheated. This is unacceptable!
