I booked the car with car jet with confirmation number and paid full amount when I went there to collect the car ( Bath Brassmill lane) The Reception guy looked at me like I don't belong here and when I showed him the confirmation he said sorry we don't have car for you , I took my elderly parents so that I can show them Bath and around areas they charged full amount I could see so many cars parked but we were denied . I felt disgusted as it looked I was declined because of my colour and ethnicity I have to take my parents and stayed extra in a hotel room in Bristol no compensation offered and no refund was given by them till date after calling so many time I spoke to customer service manager Tracy she seemed to understand but did nothing and she mentioned this is normal practice that they don't have cars and they decline so it was my fault at the end to book with them .I would suggest anyone booking with them please book at your own risk as they can cancel when you go there and also take your money .They employ people who have no courtesy and don't say sorry and apologise .My whole trip was destroyed by Europcar .still no emails from customer service after I spoke to Customer service manager worst company ever used .
