This turned out to be completely untrue.Upon returning the car, I discovered that the roadside assistance policy was non-refundable, contrary to what I was told. This deceptive practice not only left me feeling cheated but also added unnecessary expenses to my trip.I expect transparency and honesty from a reputable car rental company like Europcar. This experience has significantly eroded my trust in the company, and I will think twice before renting from Europcar again. I strongly advise other customers to be cautious and double-check any information provided by the staff at this location.
