Do not bother! I "requested" a vehicle twice. First time they told me it was not available after 24 hours. The 2nd time they took closer to 2 weeks. I am informed by Wael that it may be because another customer has extended a booking. Suffice to say, they don't actually have the car that you are trying to rent and they have no problem wasting your time. The price of other providers has gone up and I am now struggling with availability and all Europcar have done is said sorry, which doesn't cover my inconvenience.
