Fraud!!!!Our situation was very similar to other reviews. We booked the vehicle through ADAC car rental and paid in advance. When picking up the vehicle, Europcar staff offered us a larger vehicle with a discount and only 100 GBP extra on the amount paid.It was only when we returned home that we noticed on our credit card statement that it was an upgrade contract and we had to pay extra for our Europcar rental car. So it turned out to be more than twice as expensive as planned. A very cool trick that you can use to fool many customers.
