So the below reply to this email shows that Europcar have a machine that replies to these messages and pays no attention to its complaints at all. I have now emailed them 12 times in total with not a single acknowledgement let alone a response. Avoid this company at all costs, I urge you. MESSAGE TO EUROPCAR - don't just reply to this review by saying 'contact us through our website blah blah blah' as YOU NEVER REPLY TO THAT (even if it actually works and doesn't just crash!!). I have done that 3 times now and still no response from you. Actually contact me and put this right. Complaint - Despite them confirming I brought the car back full and with no damage they have charged me for something. Their website is a mess so you can't message them easily. No idea what they have charged me for as I can't get an invoice. They probably think that you will give up and just pay the charges. Its only 11GBP but if that is for petrol then its about 5L which would have driven about 50km. So highly unlikely to have been that the tank wasn't full!This is the 2nd time they have done this. Don't use them! I ordered through rentalcars.com and they have not been much help either.
