Firstly, I would like to express my satisfaction with the overall rental experience. The car and service provided were excellent, contributing to an enjoyable trip. However, I have noticed a discrepancy in the final charges that I would like to address. Upon reviewing my final bill, I discovered a charge of 108.51 euros labeled as a "cross border fee." When initially asked by the Europcar representative if I planned to travel outside of Spain, I specifically stated that I would not be doing so. The charges were explained to me as airport fees, but after referring to your website, I have found that they are indeed intended for crossing the Spanish border. During my trip, I did not travel outside of Spain. When returning the car, I inquired about these charges and was informed by the counter representative that the car's GPS would be checked. If no cross-border travel was detected, the charges would be refunded. As these charges have not yet been refunded, I kindly request that you look into this matter and issue a refund for the cross border fee of 108.51 euros. Thank you for your attention
