Booked a car in Toronto in May 2024. I was charged twice. The first time by Europcar and the second time by their third party provider Routes Car Rental at Toronto Pearson airport. It's now July 2024 and a problem that should have been easy to sort out has not in fact been sorted out. The total charges levied make the actual price of the car more than 100 GBP per day and there is no sign that a refund will be issued.Update following Europcar's response 5th July:I already am in touch with customer services, and have been since June!
