I ordered a taxi with Europe by taxi to pick me up at my hotel in Palma nova to Palma airport. They took the money from my bank and the day before I was leaving they sent a email saying the taxi driver had cancelled. I have had no refund. I have sent 3 emails and had no reply. Do not touch this company
