I booked a taxi from Verona airport to Lake Garda for 19th March. Whilst at my local airport that morning I had an email to say the driver had cancelled the booking and no other drivers were available. I was assured that a refund would be issued immediately but it is now 3 April and no refund has been forthcoming even after chasing them. I will never use this company again.
