They cancelled both my reservations. I'm still waiting for my refund since March 14, 2026. It's been 17 days now and I still haven't received anything; I only see a message that the company is closed. I still owe €116 (€58 x 2). They shouldn't require prepayment. I strongly advise against using their services.
