I chose them because it was stated on their website that the item I purchased will be delivered between 3-5days. I find it unacceptable that I ordered a poster the 23rd of Nov and it has not even left their premises yet. DPD sends sms notifications and emails when they pick up the package.On the website, it still says until today that the state of my order is “printing and packaging”. It is the 3rd of Dec.Furthermore, I asked them via email for an update on the 1st of Dec. More then 48 hours passed and not even a “will look into it” came back. I find this very upsetting. If they know that they can’t do what they state on their website then simply write; delivery: 2weeks+.I’m very disappointed in them, this one bad experience is enough for me to not ever order from them again. Will call them tomorrow to cancel the order.
