Is there anywhere we can report our complaints to ie and ombudsman for these jokers. We travelled to Paris on a Eurostar holiday and out train home was cancelled loosing us 7 hours of our last day in Paris. Only earlier trains were available to us meaning we literally had to dash back to collect cases and make our way to the station which was total carnage. Station was heaving with minimum staff. Our earlier train meant we would have 5 hours on King's Cross station waiting for our train home so we bought new train tickets to avoid this after we were told by eurostar staff at St Pancras that we would be reimbursed. Still trying to get this refunded and compensation for our lost last day in Paris. Apparently they want us to claim on out travel insurance when they are the cause of the complaint. If we had stayed an extra night and booked a train the next day they would have paid out but the option of a later train was not available. They seem to answer to no one
