Terrible service, really not worth the price.

Terrible service, always late (65 minutes late this time), very expensive, impossible to claim compensation when the train is late or cancelled. Restaurant wagon is despicable, they will sell you a 'metro ticket for 8 euros claiming it is a normal ticket. Upon arrival the metro ticket does not even work and a standard one is actually 2.50 euros, not 8 euros. I was scammed despite asking multiple times to clarify - the guy just lied to me.Poor announcements - very loud, every 5 minutes, and with none of the useful info. We do not care about the surnames of the crew. Just announce the stop before we get to the stop instead as your freaking tickets cant even bother giving the full list of stops. And don't get me started on the obese ticket controller who could not move through the train without shoving her fat ass in your shoulder. If the controller is too fat to walk through this aisle without pushing every single passenger, she needs to be reassigned to something else.Poor announcements regarding the delays, then the controller promise me I will get my next train despite that hour+ delay, which of course I did not.As usual, an entire day lost in sncf travel. Next time I go back to the bus. Sure it takes all day, but without all this stress and for half the price.On their crap website now to request compensation as they say 30% reimbursed if 30 mins late. The whole process is of course impossible , requesting PNR ticket numbers that are not even present on the ticket. Then when you manage to open the case it says - 'Your request will be processed in the next 28 days' - and it does not give you any reference whatsoever, and also does not send you any confirmation email.
