Failing to add my points to my loyalty card. What's the point of having a membership/loyalty card, if they can't be bothered to add your points to it? It shouldn't matter if the points are added before or after the booking is made.The dumbest thing is they wanted me to confirm all my membership information only to tell me that they can't add the points. What a joke!
